As a certified flag football coach and officiating officer, I understand that character development happens both in academic spaces and on playing fields. Leadership, teamwork, and resilience are learned through action.
My work with young people at the Ghana Prisons Services juvenile facility has taught me that every individual deserves access to modern skills and opportunities to become competitive, functional members of society.
