Extra Details

  1. Battery Information

    • The lead batteries can last for two to three years depending on its usage, and it will have to be changed by the owner afterwards. This is why it is not suitable for commercial purpose.
    • The Lithium batteries last longer, and can be used for up to ten years. If used for commercial purpose, then its lifespan can be between eight to ten years.

  2. Payment Plan Options

    • Work and Pay: Riders who are already on a delivery app can apply for our work and pay plan. You must be doing above GHc 700 weekly to be eligible.
    • Government Worker Plan: Government workers can get an installment payment plan with us. You are required to make a 30% upfront deposit.

  3. Service Centre

    We provide dedicated service centers with trained technicians to handle maintenance and repairs, ensuring your e-bike is always in top condition. Regular check-ups and spare parts are readily available to keep you on the road safely.

  4. Charging the Bike

    You do not need any specialized charging port or system. Your standard home or office power outlet is all you need to charge our e-bikes, making it convenient and accessible for everyone.
